Event Management Intern
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and people-oriented Event Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external workshops, webinars, seminars, and knowledge-sharing events. This internship is ideal for final-year students who are interested in event management, stakeholder engagement, outreach, networking, marketing, and professional event coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external workshops, webinars, seminars, and professional events.
- Support the end-to-end execution of events, from planning and outreach to post-event follow-up.
- Identify and reach out to potential speakers, trainers, industry professionals, institutions, communities, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, professional communities, institutions, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with speakers, participants, partners, institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Develop creative ideas to increase event visibility, participation, and audience engagement.
- Support collaborations with colleges, training institutes, technology communities, companies, industry experts, and other organizations.
- Prepare invitations, event announcements, promotional communication, reminders, and follow-up messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist with registrations, attendance tracking, participant communication, and feedback collection.
- Support event logistics, including venue coordination, virtual meeting platforms, event materials, speaker requirements, and technical arrangements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain event-related records, reports, databases, and documentation.

Qualification
- Final-year students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Students from Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates interested in event management, outreach, community engagement, networking, marketing, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prior experience organizing college events, workshops, webinars, seminars, or community activities will be an advantage.
